In the reservation request please indicate your name, phone, fax number (or other contact information), arrival and departure dates and time, your preferences - room category (single/double/twin), and additional information you consider important.
Guaranteed reservation is valid for 24 hours from 12 a.m. arrival date. Cancellations of confirmed reservations which reach us not later than 48 hours before the arrival of an individual guest and not later than 14 days before the arrival of a group will be accepted without any charge. Otherwise we would ask for the reimbursement of the cost of one day's stay at the room reserved.
